THE TIGHTER…THE SWEETER

The first time I heard this phrase, I was wondering what was tight and what was sweet. Some guy explained in detail what it meant and I was amazed. It is no secret that men prefer tighter women for sexual intercourse. They want to feel the grip of their woman’s V-spot. Spread your arms, raise your chest and fold your pelvis under so that your front pelvic rim rises and your rear rim lowered, Yoga exercises are linked to the contraction and expansion of the pelvic muscles which can tighten the vagina. Vaginal exercisers like vaginal cones, barbells and even small balls are put vaginal opening and you grip it with your muscles around. Switch to heavier and smaller vaginal exercisers as your muscles get stronger.
