adversities. But when we see challenges as a nerve end then it becomes difficult to overcome. People respond differently to an agonizing or stressful life events but we need to pull through these disturbing moments as they. and thrive in it. It allows you to become better rather than bitter after a
challenge or set-back.

on high yielding thoughts which they need to give them directions around their challenges and
face them head on as well. Adjust the way your mind interprets and
responds to stress events so that feel better as you deal with
difficult situations. Think of a different and a fruitful way to solve the problem.

possibilities even in the worst times. Keep things in view and assume control.

you may find that you grow as well. Be daring bearing in mind that life is not what
happens to you but what happens within you.
BE PREPARED: If we are prepared, the unexpected would not knock us out completely. Do not be handicapped by negativity. Always plan for
the future even when things are not working out.
NEVER QUIT: ‘Winners never quit and quitters never win’ may be a cliché but it
is a fact. Resilient people never stay on the ground when they fall. They get
up and get going. They have the capacity to adapt.
GIVE IT OUT: In giving you receive. Being selfless is the best way to locate your own strength. Give care to others by lending a helping hand.
BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Build good relationship both personal and
professional. You are sure to get help from them. Your
contacts goes a long way to tell the impact.
