4 NATURAL WAYS TO STOP YOUR BREAST FROM SAGGING



Firmness of the breast is very important to women especially the nursing mothers.  Every woman wish her breast size would remain the way it was in their tweens. As women we want to remain forever young and have that pointing-to-your-face kind of breast because it boosts her appearance and gives her a confident look. Certain factors can also cause a woman to develop saggy breast at a very young age and they are childbirth, breastfeeding, nutritional deficiencies, improper care, medical ailment like breast cancer( in which the cells that supports the breast are weakened), negligence, wrong sized bras, excessive consumption of nicotine, alcohol and carbonated beverages (which causes premature aging on the skin and weakens the cellular structure).


The part of it that gives hope is that saggy breast can be corrected. Most women opt for surgery which is immediate but very expensive and the worries of the side effects that can put their health at risk. A wide variety of creams and lotions are also available in the market but natural methods could be used to correct saggy breast which are very effective, less expensive and no harmful side effects.

The following natural ways will help you achieve the firmness you desire.

BREAST EXERCISE: Pectoral exercise is one of the best ways to give firmness to the breast as it targets the breast tissues and pectoral muscles. Push ups is one easiest exercises which strengthens the pectoral muscles below the breast. It improves the shape of the breast and cuts down excess fat deposits around the chest. Weight lifting, arm curls, chest presses, dump bells flies also tones the pectoral muscles and keep your chest muscles in good condition. Certain yoga positions can also tone the muscles within the breast and fight the effect of gravity which has adverse on your breasts.It is advisable to wear an appropriately sized bra or sports bra while doing exercises or any increased physical activities to prevent weakening the breast tissues.

MASSAGE YOUR BREAST: Massage pulls blood to the surface of the skin and increase blood flow which improves muscle growth, cell repair and other beneficial activities that reduce the appearance and seriousness of sagging breasts. You can massage 2 to 3 times a week with two drops of essential oils like olive oil, carrot oil, spearmint oil, fennel oil or cypress oil to increase the firmness of the breast.  Ice massaging gives your breast a lift. The cold temperature cause the tissue to contract and makes it appear firmer. Massage with two ice cubes and in circular motion for one minute. This will tighten, tone the skin of the breast and slow cellular movement. Wear a fitted bra afterwards and lie down to allow the effect of the cold to penetrate, thereby increasing the effect. You can also massage with vegetable oils like olive oil, coconut oil, grape seed oil, almond oil which nourishes the skin and tones the structure. They are rich sources of antioxidants and fatty acids which can change the damage cause by free radicals. Vegetable oils can also be combined with essential oils.

BREAST MASK: Like facial masks, breast mask helps to strengthen the tissues of the breast and add firmness to them. These breast masks can be homemade and should be applied once a week (leave for 15 to 20 mins). Types of home-made breast mask are Vitamin E oil and egg white breast mask, cucumber and egg yolk breast mask, yoghurt and egg breast mask, apple and milk breast mask, Shea butter and aloe vera breast mask and fennel oil mask. Egg contains hydrolipids which will help lift loose skin around your breast. Note, always rinse off with cold water to effectively firm and tone the breast. Shea butter and Aloe vera contains skin tightening properties.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR POSTURE: Practice and maintain good sitting posture at all times to uplift and firm your breasts and bring back your feminine glory. Sit with head high and shoulders straight as this will lift up your breast.

    Remember gravity? Yeah, it's gonna get your boobs, and everyone else's, sooner or later. Unless you choose to change them with surgery, they're sagging eventually. You just got it over with sooner and now get the opportunity to bond with your forever breasts.

      Seriously, if you have ever seen a "fail" video, you know that what comes up must go down. Gravity is gonna drag those babies down and there's nothing you can do about it! You can't fight science, so you might as well just love 'em
