Dr. Mrs. Zainab Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, the first lady of
Kebbi State, recently adopted the daughter of a mad woman roaming the streets.
She has changed the girls name from Saddiqa Bako to Saddiqa Abubakar Atiku
Bagudu while the mentally challenged woman has been taken to the hospital to
get medical attention.
